SGB BrandSafway provide the Flame Spray (for intricate or smaller areas) method of Thermal Sprayed Aluminium (TSA) suitable for process equipment, tanks, flares and piping systems.

TSA is essentially a process of applying metallic coatings to a substrate. These metallic coatings serve two primary purposes: to serve as a sacrificial anode and to serve as a corrosion barrier coating.

TSA can be utilised as a standalone application, or as a key component of programs such as CUI (Corrosion Under Insulation) or coatings program efforts.
